Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Early Bird Deadline
Early Bird ticket sales deadline: November 28, 2025 at 9:00:00 a.m. EST
Early Bird draw: November 28, 2025 at 10:00:00 a.m. ESTDeadline
Final ticket sales deadline: December 30, 2025 at 11:59:00 p.m. ESTDraw
50/50 draw: December 31, 2025 at 10:00:00 a.m. EST
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at 56 St. Paul Street W, St. Catharines, ON, L2S 2C2
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://unitedwayniagara5050.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 31, 2025.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the United Way Niagara.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the United Way Niagara or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

United Way Niagara does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: 5050support@unitedwayniagara.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

Please email our team at 5050support@unitedwayniagara.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
